IAS is conducting various sports events this year and the winners will be felicitated at INDIA DAY event which is on Saturday 20th August, 2016

All the winners will be recognized & rewarded with Trophies at the Grand India Day Event.

13. Nalapaka Spardhe(Cooking Competition)

Date: Saturday, August 20th, 2016, 11:00 am to 11:30 am.
Venue: Rolling Hills Church Auditorium, 800 White Rock Rd, El Dorado Hills, CA

Category: Open to all
Fees: $4/Dessert
Prizes: 1st, 2nd & 3rd places  

Process
1. One can enter any number of entries, each entry fee is $3.
2. IAS will not provide ingredients or any other utensils needed for this competition.
3. Bring home prepared/cooked dessert item ( not bought from shops).
4. Quantity should be sufficient for minimum 30 people to (sample).
5. Please bring spoons/cups/bowls/napkins as needed (Organizers will not provide this) for audience to taste it.
6. Please bring a printout of ingredients for display (& if possible recipe).
7. All desserts must be delivered to the competition area by 2 PM. Judging will commence exactly at 2:15 PM.
8. The decision of IAS committee is final.
9. 3 prizes will be awarded for the entries securing the maximum score.
10. Judging is based on Presentation, Taste & Texture, Quality, Creativity & Audience voting.
